Here's an override for the small fishing pond. I added some more realistic detail and changed the rim on the pond from grass to muddy so it fit's all the terrain types. It can be found under pool and fountain decorations. Custom thumbnail included.

 First of all the Skull Hood mesh and texture is by Mr. Mayhem and you can get
I used his skull and hood texture with EA's Grim Reaper textures from the Sims 3 (for hands and book) and Sims 4 and merely just edited them to fit the game style. The scythe is a higher quality edit of the sims 4's one by me. All the creative credit goes to Mr. Mayhem as it is the skull head that really makes it. I never was happy with the original S4 Reaper and as I love Reapers I wanted to have something more fitting for the Death.

I know this is such a small visual change but I really didn't like the Good trait icon as in it was "okay" and then the evil trait has an actual poker. I hope someone else likes it too! Conflicts with anything that overrides Good Trait.

Here's a longer project of mine of retexturing Forgotten Hollow. I love my vamps and wanted to give a bit touch up to the place. I highly recommend K-hippie's terrains that you can see in the pictures above to go with my retextures. Here's some of my retextures of the Around the Sims 4's Funeral parlor Vampire Bed Coffin. Some parts of the textures are from incredible Daislia's Sims2 coffins. I wanted to do something real fancy and creepy for my vampires so here you go. I wanted to include the bump maps but since every swatch can't have a different one, I gave up. Here’s some retextured overrides for the basegame beds I never used because they were so clunky and awful. The toddler bed has now more pastel shades and the teen one got totally retextured. I edited the bed meshes to be slightly slimmer. Thank you Droopsi for the wonderful bedding textures! |

Retexturing the basegame grass clumps was probably the first mod I made for myself in Sims 4. The original textures made me a firm believer this game was supposed to be a mobile game? These are meant to be used with k-hippie's amazing overrides. They are probably doing these same grasses as we speak but I just thought I contribute this small way anyway. Some of the textures and meshes I have edited were originally by kativip and freeasabird! |
